We recently upgraded our web-shop to a new software that supports mobile devices and modern design patterns.
We transfered all existing users to a new web-shop software except passwords that are not transferable. For this reason we wish to point out that you need to use the Forgot Password function at Login and you will be sent a new password. Once logged in it's advisable that you change your password immediately.
In case of any issues with login, like not being able to login or not receiving an email with a new password, we kindly ask you to create a new user account (with a new email address) and then contact us through our Contact us form and send us your old account information and we will manually update your old account with a new password or we will upgrade your new account to the same membership status you had with your old account.
If none of this works then we kindly ask you to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond from there. Please note that this email is not monitored and may be used for emergency contact only in case you will experience any troubles with our new web-site. If possible do always use our Contact Us form.
